Tell us your location, schedule and child care needs so we can suggest suitable dayhomes.

Submit an enquiry

Meet Suitable Educators

We’ll share potential educators. Contact those you’re interested in and arrange interviews.

Choose Your Educator

If it’s a good fit, sign a Preliminary Agreement confirming fees, care days and hours.

Complete Parent Registration

Submit the form. Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation and the Parent Handbook.

Finalise Documents and Payment

Your coordinator will email the remaining documents and payment instructions. Return them before care begins.

Parent Fees

Flat monthly rates for eligible full-time and part-time care.

Full-Time:
0 yrs to Kindergarten Age

100+ hours per month
$326.25/month

Part-Time:
0 yrs to Kindergarten Age

50–99 hours per month
$230/month

Out-of-School Care:
Ages 6–12

Hours and fees vary by dayhome and the program offered.

The child care affordability fee reduction is applied automatically for eligible younger children. Families seeking school-age child care subsidy must apply and renew when required.
